LGBT Community is playing with words to confuse the Subcontinent. Many Muslims, professors & even Islamic Scholer think that Transgender meaning is Khawaja Sara in English which is not true. The media & even the government is propagating the word Transgender associating Khawaja Sara so that the general Muslim public can get confused so that LGBT bills can pass in parliament. Like “Transgender Persons Protection of Rights act 2018”, which is actually “LGBT Protection act 2018” passed in 2020.

Intersex people are individuals born with any of several sex characteristics including chromosome patterns, gonads, or genitals that, according to the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, “do not fit typical binary notions of male or female bodies”. Though the range of atypical sex characteristics may be obvious from birth through the presence of physically ambiguous genitalia, in other instances, atypical characteristics may go unnoticed, presenting as ambiguous internal reproductive organs or atypical chromosomes that may remain unknown to an individual all of their life.

Transgender people are gender expression that differs from the sex that they were assigned at birth. Some transgender people who desire medical assistance to transition from one sex to another identify as transsexual. Most transgenders say God/Allah did not make our biology right, so they change their gender man to female or female to male.

Many of the Intergender in the Subcontinent complain that some men enter in their community by being Transgender (changing gender man to female or Intergender), for purpose of sex or harassment with Intergender or begging on the streets.

As per many Islamic Scholer from all sects of Islam, Intergender can have rights but on biological bases which the doctors tells government or society that if there is an Intergender close to men like biological he will be given rights of man in society, or if there is an Intergender close to women like biological she will be given rights of woman in society, but can not be the third gender because it’s like a rare disease.

A scientist Carrie Hull analyzed the data in 2018, reported that the number of births with ambiguous genitals is in the range of 0.02% to 0.05% in the world’s population.
In the 2017 Census of Pakistan, Just over 10,000, Intersex or Intergender people only 0.005% of Pakistan’s population. (Note: Here also Government fools public by using word Transgender insert of Intergender)
